Had an issue with our charging cord for Blazer EV. Took it in and waited 90 minutes for service to test the cord. Cord was determined to be defective and a new one ordered. Went to pick up new one and waited another 90 min (had appt) for some unknown reason. Later that day service wanted us to bring vehicle back to satisfy some warranty requirement. Had the vehicle for 90 minutes and why couldn't it be done then? Really need to work on customer service!

It took 7 Buisness days to get the part for my 2023 1500, Z71 pickup. Then when I was told that my truck would be ready and ai showed up at Martens , the service department said no, it’s not ready. Very poor communication skills and no remorse of the inconvenience they caused

We have purchased multiple vehicles from Martin Chevrolet. The experience is always great as they have a knowledgeable staff. This last purchase was a little more difficult since they had no inventory of pick ups to choose from. Trey was able to find the pick up that I was looking for, but it’s hard to shop when you have nothing else to look at. It’s difficult to pick a color of a vehicle from a trifold pamphlet.
